Punta Prima and Surroundings

The Punta Prima area is very quiet and green, there is a large sandy beach overlooking the small island of Aire. The waters are turquoise and transparent and on the beach you can rent sunbeds and umbrellas for complete relaxation. Near the beach there are several restaurants, shops and supermarkets.

The Cami de Cavalls crosses Punta Prima and can be traveled in two directions: to the east to reach the village of S’Algar with a beautiful walk on the cliff or to the west to reach the typical village of Binibeca Vell and its splendid beach. The Cami de Cavalls allows you to stroll along the sea in a natural and beautiful environment.

The Cami de Cavalls is a Unesco heritage and revolves around the whole island of Menorca, an island that offers tranquillity and tourism suitable for families, with particular attention to protecting the environment.

There are also many very interesting archaeological sites of talaiotic civilizations with fascinating megaliths and large necropolises. The possibilities for excursions and sporting practices are decidedly varied.

Even the picturesque village of Binibeca Vell can be reached from Villa Itaca with a half-hour walk along the coast, or in a few minutes by car. In summer it is full of shops and restaurants, of clubs that ensure a good atmosphere to enjoy a pleasant evening.

In addition, the town of Saint Luis and the beautiful Mahon fjord are just a few minutes’ drive from Punta Prima.
