Perfect

We stayed here mid September 2018 and found Villa Itaca perfect for our needs. Well situated for beach, shops and restaurants. Plenty of room and exceptionally well equipped. Generous supply of necessities so didn't have to rush out to buy them. We were a party of 5 adults and 1 child so had no problems, but not sure whether there would be enough shade for more people in July/August and whether the room fans would be adequate. We felt the owners cared whether their guests enjoyed their stay and had gone to considerable trouble to make them comfortable and welcome.
